Cheyenne, Wyoming Sit Means Sit no longer exists
Cheyenne, Wyoming Sit Means Sit. I purchased a year long package for dog training.
I attended training and my dog progressed nicely but recently went back to take more lesson within my year long contract and the owner no longer has phone service and low and behold the franchise is no longer in operation.
And of course the Casper Sit Means Sit will be taking over the Cheyenne area but will not honor any of the year long contracts. I was truly please with the progress that my dog was making but the owners need to be vetted much better and other Sit Means Sit needs to honor the contracts.
Reason of review: Problem with delivery.
Monetary Loss: $1000.

We are in Cheyenne and use SMS of Northern Colorado. Not sure they would honor your previous contract.
I have contacted them on several occasions and am not at all pleased with their customer service. Took my son and his dog to group training today and our collar had lost it's charge and we did not bring our place board, because the trainer had provided them at past group lessons. The trainer told my son to go home since there would be nothing gained from the lesson and continued working with other clients. My son was obviously upset and I contacted the trainer.
He stated that none of this was the businesses fault and then used a weak analogy about playing football and not having your helmet. I also asked if he could have had my son over to the side and had him work independently. He replied that he had other clients there and didn't have time to do anything different for my son. This tells me that they only know one method of training dogs and are not experienced in other methods.
It's a cookie cutter, one size fits all franchise that doesn't care about service after the sale. I would not reccomend them.
